This exquisite natural pearl and diamond ring dates from the late Victorian era, 1895-1900. The style is known as "tu et moi" (you and me), and represents committed love.

The natural saltwater white pearl is 4.90mm, of fine luster and surface quality. The center Old European cut diamond weighs approximately 0.40ct. Four rose-cut diamonds, set in silver layered over 14K yellow gold, weigh about 0.18ct. The diamonds are eye clean SI3-I1 clarity, and I-J color. Antique diamonds have a particular beauty not found in modern, computer-cut stones.
