Chrismas Eve Pearl

Found a pearl looking substance while eating Alaskan king crab legs for Christmas Eve dinner. I cracked the thing open and the inside consisted of dark layers almost like a jaw breaker. Pretty Cool!

Hi Travis,

Yes, I agree, it's pretty cool to find a pearl and in such a surprising place. I'm always amazed at how many of these are found. One fellow thinks a necklace should be made of them. I've never seen one in person...but congrats on yours!
