Found while gathering some quahog's for dinnner.

A few years ago I was gathering some quahogs for dinner. When I got home and started preparing them I noticed a white ball in the sink. Luckily the pearl didn't go down the drain. when it fell out of the quahog I heard the tink sound and looked and there was my pearl. Its 5mm and weight is 0.4gr. Can u tell me what its worth?
