Suspending a slight cream natural pearl drop measuring 13.2 x 13.3 x 21.4 mm, joined to the pierced diamond-set cap and hoop, to the neckchain, mounted in 18k white gold, 42.0 cm long.

Accompanied by report no. 57951 dated 25 November 2010 from SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the slight cream pearl is saltwater natural pearl.
