NY King Crab Pearls !

Last night for our Good Friday dinner, we went to an amazing seafood restaurant (Popeis) and I treated myself to King Crab Legs... So I am happily cracking, pulling & chewing... Huh? What the heck ...

Not 1 'chunk of sand' but 2.... Wait- their actually-Pearls!!!
Of course no one thinks it's possible but me & my daughter who's examining them and color grading them as 1 white & 1 pink ! :)
So we chuckle and think how lucky we are and we didn't have to go to Sea World to get the pearls ;)
So,I am glad to read they do make them & look forward to adding more to the silly crustacean pearl collection I've had for about 10 years! (all from our own seafood)

I've only been lucky enough to find one seafood treasure, how fun to have an entire collection. Keep up the good work, I hope it travels to a museum near me soon!!
