I'm thrilled that you enjoy my website and thanks for your advice on pearls. I agree that cultured pearls normally are not investment pieces.

Pearls that are investments, however, are natural pearls and natural pearl jewelry. Just as cultured pearls increase in quantity, natural pearls increase in rarity, making them sound investment pieces, especially when accompanied with a certificate of authenticity.

The pearl labs of the world are working hard to protect the integrity of natural pearls and the value they hold.
