Inherited Some Pearls

inherited pearls

Hi,

I inherited some Basra pearls from a relative who was in pearls business about half a century ago they are all different types strands, baroque, large baroque, half cuts, the most unusual are some twin and multiple pearls stuck together in pink and golden shades, also are a couple of intriguingly beautiful natural heart shaped pearls which are lighter in weight for their size (15 mm). I would like to know what these could be worth and can part with some of them for a good offer.

by: Kari

Hi, Lucky you to inherit pearls! The colors are beautiful. Can you tell us more about their history? Why is it you call them Basra pearls? Looking forward to hearing more about your lovely inheritance. Kari
