Quahog Pearl Found in Seattle

by kelly
(seattle wa)

Found a mini stone in my steamer clams while dining at the Crockett's Public House restaurant in Puyallup, Wa.

Eating a clam and came across a tiny stone like object.
Kept it and looked at it with a hand magnifying glass.

A two tone purple and lavender Quahog pearl.

Less then 1cm more like .03-.04 cm round.

Not sure if its worth keeping.

Of course it's worth keeping; what a wonderful story to share with friends and family!! You know that not every dinner comes with it's own prize!!
