Abalone bead necklace?

This is reportedly abalone per my appraiser. He had never seen abalone beads but these are abalone beads. I obtained them from a vintage store. I am having a hard time finding a similar necklace because they’re so rare. I would like you to look at it and see if you can tell me what you think the beads are. They’re genuine per my GIA certified appraiser. If they’re real and worth anything I need to find someone who can appraiser them because there aren’t many appraisers that work with abalone. Thanks! Hello Liz, They might be beads made from abalone shell but even if so, the value wouldn't be very high as shell beads are not valuable. That's my opinion. Thanks for sharing and asking. Kari
