Brits Squeamish about Term "Quahog"

by Kari

Quahog: edible round clam.

So we advised the Quahog Marketing Board to soften the name of their excellent product. Result? "Clamdelicious!" will be on your supermarket shelves come late spring.

(As reported by Telegraph UK)

I don't think we Americans have a problem with eating something called Quahog...maybe it's an
"American Thing".
