Found a pearl in an oyster on a Valentine's day dinner!

Found a pearl in an oyster on a Valentine's day dinner!

So my bf took me to a valentine's day dinner at a steakhouse restaurant,

we ordered some oysters and found a pearl in one of them.
I sent an email to the restaurant and they told me the oysters are fresh from vancouver island's ocean, most likely is kusshi or sawmill bay.

It's very rare in finding a pearl in food oyster and it makes it more special we found it on a Valentine's day.

I ain't going to sell it since it's so special but I would like to know how much does it value!

I don't blame you for keeping it!

Hi, Congrats on finding a rare natural pearl. Most natural pearls found in edible oysters have little value other than sentimental value as you realize your has. Valentine's Day is a great day to find a natural pearl! I think I would keep a pearl I found on Valentine's Day too.

If you set it in a ring or pendant, please send photos so we can enjoy it with you!

God bless!
