Jewellery of the Danish Crown

Jewellery of the Danish Crown

The history of these jewels dates back to King Christian VI and Queen Sophia Magdalene: the queen had asked at her will in 1746 that at her death jewels belong not to one person, but that they can remain in the disposition of the queen of the moment .... Preserved in Rosenborg Castle - cannot leave Danish territory.
