My Tasmanian beach find

My Tasmanian beach find

My husband finally got out of quarantine today so we decided to celebrate with brunch and a beach walk.

We live in North West Tasmania and there are lots of rocky beaches filled with interesting shells.

I stumbled across this abalone shell and I'm pretty sure it has a pearl in it!

After having a hard year this year it felt like a bit of a turning point, a bit of good luck.

I have no idea what these are valued at but would love to hear your thoughts!

Thanks

Ellice

Looks like it

Hello Ellice,
Yes, it looks like a blister or blister pearl on the shell. Probably more of a keepsake than much real value but it sounds like it brought you joy and encouragement - and that alone means a lot these days! Congratulations on your find. God bless and thanks for sharing. Kari
