Quahog Pearl found in Little Neck Clam

My wife Kathleen stopped in the Great Machipongo Clam Shack that is located on the Eastern Shore of Va. and purchased 2 bags of Little Neck Clams to bring with her to Philadelphia. As she ate one of the clams, she found this 8 x 9mm, 4.5ct nice purple pearl.

Wow, I love it!

I love your pearl. Lucky you and with only buying 2 bags of Little Neck Clams.

Makes me feel like I should make them a regular part of my diet. They are only sold here in my area in season, which I recently found out when I didn't see any for sale one day.

I can sell you a nice little sterling silver cage for you to put your pearl into for a pendant. That way the pearl needs no drilling and can be worn and enjoyed. Let me know if that interests you.

Congrats on finding a rare USA treasure...a natural purple quahog pearl!
