Quahog Pearl Found

Quahog Pearl Found

Went out quahogging in the morning in Martha's Vineyard and later that night we decided to shuck some open and eat them. I bit into one of them and sure enough, I had bitten into a pearl. Nothing was damaged but it was a pretty exciting experience. Have any idea how much it is worth?

Congratulations on finding a rare natural quahog pearl!

These are normally appraised between $200-800/carat.
